My wife is a professional opera singer and had a few headshots done by Joseph Dunn(owner) of Perfect Impressions in Tyngsboro, MA. She was not pleased with his professionalism or with the quality of the photos at his studio. She paid him with a check and upon trying the CD at home, we were unable to access the photograph. I cancelled the check for $150.
Two months later, days before our wedding, I received a phone call on my unlisted cell phone number. It was Joe Dunn, and he wanted 'his' money RIGHT then. I explained the reason why we were dissatisfied with his services but he didn't care. I asked him how he got my cell phone number. He laughed and said he knew a lot of things about me, including the exact appartment I had just moved into with my fiance the day before. When my wife had the headshot taken, we had not even selected this appartment building. He also knew what day, time, and where we were getting married just days ahead. He said to look out because the wedding was going to be the worst day of our lives. I said I was calling the police and then he threatened to come to our appartment and kill us. My wife couldn't sleep hardly at all the remainder of the week until the wedding, and her fear at the wedding shows in the wedding photographs. We didn't have money to secure a police officer for the ceremony.
I subsequently called the police, filed a report, and attempted to receive a restraining order against Joe Dunn but was denied in court because he only called me ONCE. Apparently, if you want to say something to someone, do it in ONE phone call.
I apologize for the blutness of this thread/post. I simply don't believe that a business owner like this should be allowed to get away with ruining my $20,000 wedding for my wife and I and primarily causing my wife so much pain and worry.

As a Client of Joe Dunn, I would have to say you must have really made him mad to have such a bad reaction. It really is to bad you had this happen to you. I have to say though Joe is really good at what he does. This is hard to believe. Well how was the honeymoon? I hope you got some sleep.
